никак пока не удалось решить эту проблему
не дает ни дэатачить, ни сделать бэкап, ни сделать тестирование БД
остановить службу MSSQL так же не выходит, вешается в статусе "Завершается"
остановить MSSQL получается тока выставлением службы в тип запуска "Отключено" и ребутом системы
как вариант думаю мож попробывать, стопарнуть сервак и забрать файлы БД, после чего ее переаттачить, но пока не хочется так грубо, может есть какие-то еще пути решения
